Recipes:  Deliciosa Coffee Dessert

Ingredients

• 1/2 C butter
• 1 C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 C chopped pecans
• 1/4 C cold coffee
• 2 C vanilla wafer crumbs

Serves 7 to 8

Directions:

1. Combine butter and sugar, cream thoroughly
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for about five minutes after each addtion.
3. Add pecans and coffee to sugar mixture, mixing well.
4. Line 1 1/2 quart loaf pan with waxed paper
5. Alternate layers of crumbs and coffee mixture beginning and ending with crumbs.
6. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving
