Homemade Pretzels

Ingredients
- Mix 1 package of yeast with 1 1/2 cups warm water
- Stir in 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar and an egg.
- Stir in 2 cups flour.
- Add 2 more cups flour and knead it in on a floured surface.
- Shape and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle salt.
- *we add food dye before we add the last 2 cups of flour
