Beverly Ann's Shrimp in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Tbl butter
- 6 Tbl flour
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 C shrimp stock
- 1/4 C dry sherry
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Paprika to color
Serves 6 to 8
Directions:
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Blend in flour, stir until smooth
- Stir in next three ingredients gradually and cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until sauce becomes thick and smooth.
- Add nutmeg
- Stir in cooked shrimp and paprika for color.
- Serve over rice.
